Order Processing

All products are made to order and many items are personalized specifically for each customer. Processing times vary depending on the product purchased and the production partner fulfilling the order.

Estimated processing times are provided on each product listing whenever possible.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping

Orders may be produced and fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners located in various regions. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the product ordered.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, transit times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Grace and Glory Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Customs delays
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance of their event date.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item
  • The shipping box
  • Any visible damage to the packaging

We will review the information and work with our production partner to provide a replacement when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier and check with household members or neighbors.
