Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom banners, party props, yard signs, welcome signs, and personalized party décor cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to customer preference, event cancellation, incorrect information provided at checkout, or changes of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at glorymadedesigns@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production begins. Once a proof has been approved and production has started, changes cannot be made.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
