Custom Orders

Most products sold by Grace and Glory Designs are custom-made and personalized according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, names, dates, colors, and order details before approving production. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

Product Information

We strive to display product colors, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings and printing methods, slight variations in color and appearance may occur.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payments

Payment is required before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and approved.

Shipping

We make every effort to produce and ship orders within the stated processing times. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Grace and Glory Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Custom and personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, artwork, product listings, photographs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Grace and Glory Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Grace and Glory Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product purchased.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
